Mentally Challenged Man Tased By Officer In Arizona

A Yavapai-Prescott Tribal police officer used his stun gun during the arrest of a man Friday afternoon after the man refused to comply with the officer's verbal commands to turn around. The man taking the video stated several times on the video and to the officer that the man who had been tased was mentally challenged.
