Hope was born in every state that day." Christina's uncle, Greg Segalini, told the Arizona Republic a neighbour invited the girl to Ms. Giffords' event. "The next thing you know this happened. How do you prepare for something like this?" Mr. Segalini said to the newspaper. "My little niece got killed — took one on the chest and she is dead."
