Typhoon Jebi rips roofs off, spins Ferris wheel

Typhoon Jebi has made landfall in Western Japan, bringing violent winds and heavy downpours. Footage shows roofs being ripped off houses with debris flying everywhere. Gales also sent a 100m tall Ferris wheel in Osaka spinning.
