Bill Cosby Charged in Sexual Assault Case

After over 50 different women have come forward accusing Bill Cosby of sexual assault and drugging them, the comedian is now facing criminal charges for the first time. Cosby has been charged with Aggravated Indecent Assault which is a felony, more than a decade after a former Temple University employee reported Cosby drugged and assaulted her at his Pennsylvania home. The charge is a reversal of a decision of a previous D.A. who declined to charge Cosby back in 2005. The case was reopened as new evidence was unsealed in the woman's related civil case and more women came forward with similar allegations.
