Caitlyn Jenner Avoids Manslaughter Charge

Caitlyn Jenner will not be charged in the fatal crash she was involved in. The District Attorney has rejected the case saying Caitlyn was not speeding and the conduct was unreasonable based on all the facts. Jenner’s lawyers told TMZ “We believed from the start that a thorough and objective investigation would clear Caitlyn of any criminal wrongdoing and that they are heartened the District Attorney has agreed that even a misdemeanor charge would not be appropriate."
