Josh Duggar's Victim May File Lawsuit

There's another new shocking development in the Duggar sex abuse scandal. In Touch Magazine is reporting Josh Duggar may face a lawsuit from a non-family molestation victim. Legal experts tell In Touch that the victim still has the right to sue under Arkansas law which allows for civil action when the sex abuse victims experience the effects of the abuse years later. The criminal statute of limitations has expired, so if the Duggars are deposed they will be forced to answers all questions without the help of the Fifth Amendment.
