Roswell aliens, a plot by Stalin?

http://www.nma.tv Recently a collumist named Annie Jacobson published a book about Roswell's alien crash landing. She claims that the 1947 alien crash landing was actually a plot by former Russian leader Joseph Stalin to stir up fears amongst the American people.
