Guanajuato already identified the cartel that committed the massacre in Salvatierra during posada

The Prosecutor's Office of Guanajuato announced that members of a local cartel were the ones who attacked the attendees of a posada at the ex-Hacienda San José del Carmen, located in the municipality of Salvatierra, where 11 people died and 14 more were injured.
