Otter attack leaves woman on brink of death

A Montana woman is lucky to be alive after surviving a river otter attack. Jen Royce says she and her friends were tubing down the Jefferson River when they came upon the vicious critter. She says the otter bit her face, ears, arms and other body parts. The attack went on for five agonizing minutes before Royce and her friends were able to swim to shore.
