Man’s Body Found in 55-Gallon Barrel on Beach in Malibu

A day at the beach in Malibu was interrupted by a grisly discovery. A 55-gallon barrel was seen floating in the water at Malibu Lagoon State Beach. Officials say lifeguards pulled it to shore and called authorities, thinking it was hazardous material. Reports say inside was a Black man's body.
