Man is attacked by #PitbullDog dog owner does nothing.

A Pitbull dog strongly attacked a man who was crossing in front of the house where the animal lives and attacked him ferociously. It is not known about the health condition of the man, what we are sure of, is that there must be a legal action against the owner of the dog.
