Murder Charges Against Woman and Her 14-Year-Old Son Dropped

After ordering food, an argument ensued between Carlishia Hood and another customer, identified as 32-year-old, Jeremy Brown. Brown then viciously punches Hood at least three times. Her son walked into the restaurant and fatally shot Brown, at his mother's behest according to police.
