15-year-old boy shot to death during a children's party where his father was performing in Tijuana

A 15-year-old minor was another fatality in the city of Tijuana, the teenager was shot at least four times while waiting for his father, a clown by trade, who was entertaining at a children's party in the Colinas de La Mesa neighborhood.
