White American pelican with a broken wing rescued from Louisiana's Lake D’Arbonne

A white American pelican with a broken wing was saved from Lake D'Arbonne in Farmerville, Louisiana, after a local spotted the bird in danger. Leslie Greene, a local wildlife rehabilitator, saved the pelican on April 15, after resident Sandra Lunde noticed the bird had a broken wing and could not dive for food.
