Extortionist in Oaxaca receives a severe whipping

An alleged extortionist was captured and subjected to beatings and whippings by authorities of the municipality of San Dionisio Ocotepec, Tlacolula, in the Central Valley region of Oaxaca. The subject was caught in flagrante delicto, along with his companions, so the representatives of the population decided to punish them, according to local residents.
