Leak in Pacific ocean that could unleash magnitude-9 earthquake filmed in underwater footage

An 'underwater spring' at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean, which could trigger a magnitude-9 earthquake, has been captured on underwater video. The vent releases liquid which has been trapped 2.5 miles below the seafloor into the ocean.
