INAI costs only 7 pesos per year for each Mexican: Ibarra Cadena

The President Commissioner of INAI, Blanca Lilia Ibarra Cadena, commented that the agency only costs seven pesos a year to each Mexican and stressed that transparency inhibits corruption, which is why agencies such as INAI have a function to fulfill and to attend to for democracy.
