Missing Woman Found Alive Inside Submerged Jeep

Justin Pennington was fishing on a lake in Texas when he spotted a submerged vehicle. When deputies arrived at the scene, they called in a tow truck. Pennington took the tow truck operator out on his boat when they made their astonishing discovery that a woman was inside the vehicle.
