Dog "detained" in CDMX, was incited by two women to avoid arrest

A pit bull dog was arrested after it bit a policewoman in the Roma Norte neighborhood, in the Cuauhtémoc district of Mexico City. The policewoman, along with a colleague, was arresting a couple of criminals when two women came out of a house and tried to avoid the arrest by inciting the dog to bite the officer.
