Municipality of Cuatitlán Izcalli does not know whereabouts of tamale vendor's murderer

Karla Fiesco, municipal president of Cuatitlán Izcalli, assures that her administration does not know the whereabouts of Ken Omar, murderer of tamale vendor Jorge Claudio Mendoza. The mayor says that they are accompanying the tamale vendor's family with legal advice in addition to that hired by the bereaved.
