Blizzard Cakes Building in Ice

Lake-effect snow and blizzard conditions around Lake Erie left a restaurant in Hamburg, New York, encased in thick ice on Saturday, December 24. Footage by Richard Hulburd shows the building he said resembled a “frozen castle” encrusted in ice. “It looks like a scene out of the movie Frozen!” Hulburd told Storyful.
