"If it were up to me, I would grant the pardon," says Lopez Obrador about Israel Vallarta

The president criticized that Israel Vallarta has been in prison for 17 years without receiving a sentence, for which he said that if it were up to him he would grant him a pardon, but "constitutionally I cannot do it if there is no sentence".
