Obrador congratulates Ebrard on his 63rd birthday; "cumple años mi hermano" (my brother's birthday)

From his conference, President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador congratulated his "brother" Marcelo Ebrard who turns 63 today and for that reason supporters surprised him with mariachi outside the National Palace early this morning.
