Suicide ruled out in the death of young Abigail Hay Urrutia

Abigail Hay Urrutia was found dead in the police station three hours after being arrested for an administrative offense while arguing with her partner. The young woman allegedly hanged herself with her underwear, however her family claims that she was murdered by the police of Salina Cruz, Oaxaca.
