Chiapas "Ministeriales" caught with cans of "Chelas" in their truck

At least 6 patrol cars surrounded a recent model HILUX type pickup truck, since this unit was carrying what is called "Codes" on the front window, but the surprise was when supposedly the crew of the vehicle pretended to be Judicial or Ministerial.
