At the Summit of the Americas, Mexico proposes to re-establish the inter-American order

At the IX Summit of the Americas, Mexico presented a proposal to re-establish the inter-American order. The Organization of American States is an exhausted organization in the face of a reality that demands "to enter a new era in the relations of the countries of the Americas and seek a true and genuine union for the benefit of all," said Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard in his first speech at the Summit being held in Los Angeles, California.
