Naucalpan police officers "plant" weapon on citizen

One of the most corrupt police forces in Mexico is that of the municipality of #Naucalpan #Edomex, headed by PAN member Angélica Moya. A citizen captured the moment in which an agent dressed in civilian clothes places a gun in a vehicle he was checking, at an illegal checkpoint.
