#OMG: Sexual abuse in private kindergarten in Ciudad Juárez; two women arrested

The Chihuahua District Attorney's Office informed that there is an investigation against two women for an alleged case of sexual abuse against a 4 year old minor that occurred in a private kindergarten in Ciudad Juarez.
