Miguel Angel Fernandez, the M2, a lieutenant of the Jalisco Cartel - New Generation (CJNG) in Michoacan, was found dead on February 6 in the community of Cansangüe, belonging to the municipality of Tepalcatepec, confirmed the State Attorney General's Office (FGE).
