#OMG: Cuautitlán police officer recorded intimidating and insulting a driver who was trying to violate a traffic infract

A police officer from Cuautitlán, in the State of Mexico, was recorded by the co-driver when the uniformed officer tried to stop the vehicle to give the driver a ticket, the latter did not stop because he argued that the security officer was not authorized to issue the fine and that the only thing he wanted was to extort him.
