Drunk drinking beer and enjoying a dip in Culiacan Sinaloa floods

The recent rains that hit most states in the country, this Wednesday a video went viral of a young man dressed in shorts sitting in the middle of the street in the dirty water and drinking from a beer bottle, the guy did not seem to care about the current, the water level or that he was in the middle of the road, near a culvert and inches from the cars.
