Man Tackles and Forcibly Touches Woman on Street: Cops

A woman was attacked in broad daylight and now cops are trying to find the culprit. Police in New York say a man was following a woman walking down the street in Brooklyn and when she turned a corner, he ran and jumped on her back, tackling her to the ground.
