#OMG: Subject carrying a human head inside a backpack in Valle de Chalco detained

When acting suspiciously, police officers questioned a man about the contents of the suitcase he was carrying and noticed the decomposed head; the rest of the body was found under a bridge on the Mexico-Cuautla highway.
