Quico', Carlos Villagran, runs out of government and mayoral candidacies in Querétaro

Actor Carlos Villagrán Quico will no longer be a candidate for the government of Querétaro or for mayor of the state capital on behalf of the Independent Querétaro Party, which has decided to support the National Action Party (PAN).
