Official from #Veracruz says you can live on a thousand pesos a month; they challenge you to do it

The head of Sedesol, Guillermo Fernandez Sanchez, said that the government of Veracruz gave away pantries of one thousand pesos, with which a person could live for a month; therefore he was challenged by a congressman to do so.
