Black Maryland mom Marcia Grant and her son went to Ouzo Bay restaurant in Baltimore’s popular Inner Harbor, but left feeling discriminated against. They were told they could not eat there because Grant’s 9-year-old son didn’t meet the dress code in his shorts and Air Jordan T-shirt.
