'Black Panther,' 'Roma' Are New Frontier For The #Oscars

Marvel and Netflix have joined Hollywood's most prestigious club. CNN reports **Black Panther** and **Roma** have both been nominated for Best Picture at this year's Academy Awards. **Black Panther** is the first superhero movie, and first movie from Marvel, to gain the Academy's recognition. The film received seven Oscar nominations. Prior hit superhero movies, including **The Dark Knight** and **Wonder Woman** were denied access to the Academy.
