Panic in the streets as French soldiers hunt gunman

Footage shows armed French soldiers shouting on a street in Strasbourg during the search for the alleged gunman, after the deadly Christmas market attack. At one stage, a soldier calls out to someone to ‘put your hand behind your head’.
