Ex-Penn State fraternity members to return to court

The 18 former fraternity brothers will appear in court again to face charges in connection with the death of 19-year-old pledge Timothy Piazza, who fell down a flight of stairs after alleged hazing at the Beta Theta Pi fraternity house.
