31-Year-Old Officer Arrested For Having Sex With 15-Year-Old Cadet

Police busted one of their own after they say an officer had sex with a 15-year-old. The Los Angeles Police chief made the arrest himself. Robert Cain, 31, is accused of statutory rape. Investigators say they found out while they were looking at the victim's text messages.
