"Apee in heels": controversial offense against Michelle Obama

A local West Virginia administrator, as well as the mayor of Clay County, have been singled out for racist remarks to First Lady Michelle Obama.   This is Pamela Ramsey Taylor, director of Clay County Development Corp., who after the recent victory of Donald Trump in the election, wrote in his profile of the social network Facebook the following message: "It will be refreshing to have a dignified, beautiful, elegant first lady in the White House. I'm tired of seeing a Apee in heels. " Clay Mayor, Beverly Whaling, welcomed the message and said, "You just made my day, Pam."
