Devastation: Typhoon Nepartak slams into Taiwan

The destructive typhoon, Nepartak, toppled houses, ripped off trees and knocked out power, killing two and injuring dozens of others and forcing thousands to evacuate in the eastern part of Taiwan after it landed in Taitung.
