The cold open of “SNL,” had Kate McKinnon as Hillary Clinton and Larry David as Bernie Sanders from Thursday’s Democratic Debate in Brooklyn, with the two candidates taking questions from the audience, including from Julia Louis-Dreyfus’s “Seinfeld”character Elaine Benes. Many of the questions referred to “Seinfeld,” which of course David created.
