Mine Explosion in Colombia for at least 5 desths

"The death toll rose to 23 people already, " he said on Radio Nacional de Colombia, Jesus Mesa, director of Civil Defense in Sardinata, adding that 15 of the dead are from the same municipality, while eight more had moved from Cúcuta to work in the mine.
