Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem told reporters on Saturday that she agreed with the White House that Alex Pretti, the Minneapolis man shot and killed by a border Patrol officer, “committed an act of domestic terrorism.”
Pretti had a permit to carry a gun and video footage captured at the scene of the shooting, Pretti was not seen wielding a weapon. Widely circulated video from Minneapolis of the shooting appeared to show that agents disarmmed Pretti before shots are fired.
