New York couple violently punched and beaten with planks

Madison Mavity, 24, and her husband were trying to defend a ransacked jewelry repair shop in the same building as their home. Footage shows the men attacking the building as Mavity confronts them. The men begin to walk away but one, in a bright orange hoody, suddenly turns and throws a punch at Mavity. Her husband, who is obscured from view, is attacked by two other men, one of whom uses a wooden plank to attack both victims.
