Angered About YouTube's New Policy for Smaller Channels

YouTube is making it harder for smaller channels to keep doing what they are doing. They announced their "important update" today: Under the new eligibility requirements announced today, YouTube channels such as What's on Weibo are no longer eligible for monetization because they do not meet the new threshold of 4,000 hours of watchtime within the past 12 months and 1,000 subscribers.
