Calasanz: Young Girl Boxing

14 year old student of Calasanz practicing her boxing technique. Good punching technique is key to many of the other fighting disciplines. While training under Calasanz, students will learn proper technique and form. Coaching sessions like the one seen in this video are used to improve movement, power and application.
