Since revealing the shocking news, the 60-year-old is using her star power to help young women who have been abused. We caught up with Janice Dickinson on the red carpet at the Life & Style Weekly's "Eye Candy" Halloween Bash and got her take on the lawsuit against Bill Cosby as well as how she's assisting young women who have been raped.
