Jon Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt Splitting After 18 Years

Another Hollywood couple is over! Jon Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt are officially calling it quits after being together for almost two decades. Earlier this year Hamm shot down rumors of a breakup crediting his wife Jennifer Westfeldt for sticking by him through rehab. The couple released a statement saying, “It was with great sadness, they had decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history but they will continue to be supportive of each other in every possible way.”
